Hurricane Dorian

Hurricane Dorian has devastated the Bahamas. As a Category 5 hurricane, it sat on top of the Abacos and Freeport for more than two days. Convoy of Hope is already staged and ready to head to the Bahamas with disaster relief for the residents affected by this storm.

Other Tangible Donation Instructions

The Assembly of God Churches in Peninsular Florida are collecting tangible donations that will be sent to the Bahamas. There is a specific list of items needed; other items may not be accepted. The final day for drop-offs are Tuesday, September 10.

The supplies that are needed are:

  • Bottled Water

  • Hygiene Products

  • Non-perishable foods

  • Tents

  • Flashlights

  • Blankets

  • Tarps

Camp Abaco

Our church has taken missions teams to Marsh Harbor in the Abacos for week-long kids programs many times over the last decade. We are praying for their safety and a speedy recovery in the aftermath of this devastating storm.
