This sermon reminds students that pressure is a part of life, but through prayer we can release that pressure, and in return, God gives us peace that guards our hearts and minds.

Living with integrity means choosing to do what's right—especially under pressure—by aligning your actions with your faith, even when it's difficult or when no one is watching.

This sermon encourages students to embrace their identity as followers of Christ by standing firm in their faith and being intentionally different from the world, even when under pressure, because their true citizenship is in heaven and their lives should reflect God's values.

Students learned how to identify the "bullies" of stress and anxiety in their minds, and were encouraged through Job's story to trust God with their pressures, especially during the stress of school life.
